Ugly Dumpling Levittown is in development at 3535 Hempstead Turnpike and is not open yet. When it opens, it will bring hand-pleated soup dumplings to Levittown, Wantagh, East Meadow, Hicksville and the rest of central Nassau County, so diners no longer need to drive to Lake Grove or the Bronx.
